Astronomy Club

Location: U224 Purpose:  

Be part of the pioneering effort to design and build the Cary Academy Observatory, to house our 12” Celestron telescope. 

Learn to use a telescope to observe stars, planets, asteroids, nebulae, and galaxies.

Learn more about stars, white dwarfs, black holes, pulsars, quasars, and the other bizarre and wonderful objects inhabiting our universe.

And most importantly, have fun!
