Major questions? What should I bring??? What should I not bring???
You will be able to change into beach attire when we arrive at the hotel on Wednesday, whether or not we’ve been able to check in to our rooms, so you might want that small bag on the bus with your swim stuff.
What To Bring:
Clothing:
Appropriate dress for the aquarium visit
T shirts (short and long-sleeved)
Shorts
Long pants, sweats or jeans (it may get cool at night)
Sweatshirts, sweaters or jacket
Swimsuit (for pool and/or beach). Must meet modesty requirements!!! (Modesty requirements? You will need to change if a chaperone asks you to).
Beach towel
Cover-up for swim attire. (in halls and lobby of hotel)
shoes, sandals
sun hats
sunglasses
Snacks?? We will provide you most meals (see itinerary) but you may want to have your calories just in case.

Frisbees, footballs, etc, for beach
Optional: camera, day pack, book for reading, snacks, game systems, Movies for bus (in good taste, folks!)
If indicated by your parents, medications, prescription or otherwise, will be kept by a faculty member and dispensed as needed. Please have medications brought to Ms. Maloy by 8:00 am on September 5th .
Bring an appropriate amount of cash for:
· rest stop purchases while traveling.
· Lunches (both days)
· any shopping you wish to do
What NOT to Bring:
If you are not sure whether an item would be appropriate to bring on the trip, please check with Ms. Maloy. Better be safe than sorry....
