US Data Projector Allocation  -  0506

The list below indicates Upper School rooms where ceiling mounted* and table top data projectors will be allocated for the 2005-2006 academic year.  Allocations were aimed to maximize data projector usage and make sure we all know where the projectors are at any given time.

Rooms with data projectors must be locked when not supervised. 

While the table top data projectors are allocated to certain rooms, that does not mean that only teachers in those rooms can use them.  If you are teaching in a room that does not have a data projector allocated to it, please do the following:

When you know which period(s) you would like a data projector, please contact a teacher(s) teaching in a room with a projector** and ask:

1.      to switch rooms for the period(s) you need the data projector

2.      to borrow the table top data projector (When done, make sure to return the projector to the allocated room)
