- Press the Menu button will give you access to
menu display features.
- To scroll through the menu display, press the
next button
- To return to a previous page in the menu,
press the previous button.
- To exit the menu display, press the Exit
button.

While in the menu display, press the
Last button to redial the last number called.You may
be on or off hook while pressing Last. |

Automatic Callback will
automatically place a call to an extension that was
busy, did not answer, or returned a call waiting
ringback tone.
- If you attempt to call an extension and are
unable to get through
- Press AutCB during your attempt.
- Hangup
- You will receive a 3-burst ring when both you
and the called extension are available.
- Lift the handset when you hear the ring to be
connected with the extension.
- Note: If you place an AutCB and later forward
your calls to coverage, the automatic callback
will not forward to coverage.
- Also note: Automatic Callback is
automatically canceled after 30 minutes.

- To view the Time and Date, while in the menu
display press the TimeDay button.
- The time will disappear from the menu after a
few moments.
To display Time of Day on your console:

To see elapsed time in hours,
minutes, seconds:
- While in the menu display, press the timer
button.
- To exit the timer, press the timer button a
second time.

This feature allows you to put a call on hold and
then retrieve the call from any other phone at your
location.
- While in the menu display, press Cfrwd.
- Or, press transfer.
- Dial the code 119.
- Press transfer again.
- Hang up.

Temporarily redirects your calls to another
extension or outside number
- While in the menu display, press CFrwd.
- Or, dial the access code: *25.
- Dial the extension or outside number.
- Hang up.

The Prog Button is for use with the
programming of AD buttons. The program menu feature
allows you to program telephone numbers, extensions,

The Pause button is also for use
with the AD Buttons. The pause menu feature places a
1.5 second pause between an access code and a menu
feature. This is useful if you are dialing a system
which uses a menu with prompts. To read more about

The Wait button is also for use with
the AD Buttons. The wait menu feature instructs the
voice terminal to delay 5 to 25 seconds until the
voice terminal receives a dial tone from the switch.
You may use the wait feature to instruct the system to
dial 9, wait for a dialtone and then dial a outside

This feature is convenient for
employees who work in a team in which the members are
in close proximity to one another. If an employee is
away from their desk, another employee may
"pick" the ringing phone and answer the
call. Callpickup groups must be setup by the
telecommunications department. To use the feature,
simply press the callpickup feature when you hear a
team member's phone ring. |

This button will ring to the
operators in all the buildings. The room number will
be displayed on the operator's console which will
expedite any action that needs to be taken. |

person you are looking for using the number pad until
their name followed by their extension appears in the
