Yes, there is. Go to Start and select Printers
& Faxes > Add Printers > Follow the steps in the Welcome Wizard.

Chances are you have lost access to the print
server. To confirm this, go to Start and select Printers & Faxes. If you don't see a list of printers, contact the
Help
Desk.
How do I reset my printer?
> Pull the plug and/or power chords out
of the printer and Network box (the black box your printer is
connected to and is connected to the network)
> Wait 10 seconds and plug back in the power chords.
> Turn on the printer.
