Notebook Replacement Accessories (Tablet/Laptop)

It is
the notebook holder’s responsibility to replace accessories
if lost, misplaced or broken due to negligence. *Cary Academy will purchase the
replacement item for you and deduct the total from your
monthly pay check. When you pick up your replacement item(s),
you will be required to sign a Payroll Deduction Agreement.
The replacement item will remain the property of Cary
Academy. Please contact the
Information
Service Coordinator to place the order.
*Exception is the security cable lock
key: If lost Information Services has a spare that you
may pick up and make a copy. The original must be returned
to Information Services.
If the
item was stolen or
breakage was not due to negligence, please contact the
Director of Information
Services for further direction.
If the
notebook holder would like to purchase an accessory in
addition to what was originally issued by Cary Academy, it remains the
property of the notebook holder and should be purchased by
the notebook holder (please email the item(s) you would like
to purchase to the
Help Desk and someone from Information
Services will confirm that the item(s) are recommended for your Cary
Academy issued
notebook as some third party/generic accessories have been
known to cause damage which may void the warranty.)
