Submit Information for an
Upcoming Event
Click HERE
to submit material to be posted as an UPCOMING EVENT
on the Cary Academy Intranet site. Your material will be
posted exactly as you submit it – sentence structure,
spelling and grammar will not be revised, and no further
details will be added. Your event will be posted as quickly
as possible upon receipt of this information. The necessary
information for your submission is:
- Your name
- Event name
- Event place
- Event time/date
- Description (any remaining details you wish to have
posted, and/or any attachments that you wish to post
including registration forms, letters, flyers, etc.)
If you also want your event considered for coverage under
the Web Features section of the site (the four rotating
stories on the front page), you must send a separate
e-mail to webfeatures@caryacademy.org.
Please note that submitting a request for coverage as a Web
Feature does not guarantee coverage in that section at any
time.

to submit material for consideration as a WEB FEATURE
on the Cary Academy Intranet site. Web Features might
announce details of upcoming events, or give after-the-fact
details (and sometimes photos) of an event that has already
occurred. Please note that submitting a request for coverage
as a Web Feature does not guarantee any coverage at any
time in that section. If the marketing coordinator
chooses to cover your story, you will be contacted directly
if more details are needed.
The necessary information for your submission is:
- Your name
- Event name
- Event place
- Event time/date
- Description (any remaining details you wish to have
posted, and/or any attachments that you wish to post
including registration forms, letters, flyers, etc.)
If you also want your event listed under the Upcoming
Events section of the site (in the upper right-hand corner),
you must send a separate e-mail to upcomingevents@caryacademy.org.
Only events submitted in this manner will be posted.
Upcoming events will be posted exactly as they are received
and as quickly as possible.
