Practice Requirements
6^th grade students	30 minutes per day, 5 days per week, or a total of 2 ½ hours per week.
7^th/8^th grade students	30 minutes per day, 4 days per week, or a total of 2 hours per week.
Upper School students	30 minutes per day, 3 days per week, or a total of 1 ½ hours per week.
