Deposit Instructions

  1. Make sure each check has student first and last name and "Band" written on it
  2. Stamp back of each check with deposit stamp
  3. Alphabetize checks by student last name
  4. Make copy of checks (3 to a page)
  5. Type or cut and paste names into Deposit Spreadsheet, alphabetized by student last name
  6. Enter check # and amount of check or amount of cash
  7. Print spreadsheet and email electronic copy to Mr. Grush
  8. Print and fill out Deposit record form
  9. Give packet of checks, copies of checks, printed spreadsheet, and deposit record to Mr. Grush
