Facilities and Grounds Review Board Meeting
April 27, 2006 

Attendees:  Don Berger, Jess Garcia, Ellen Chartier, Jon Powell, and Alyssa Schwartz.   

The committee reviewed the most recent plans of the field house and new athletic fields and confirmed that all suggestions made at the 2/1 meeting have been incorporated into the design drawings.   

Field House
In light of the loss of square footage to the storage area in the field house due to reconfiguring the entrance to the women’s restrooms, the committee requests that we extend the back of the storage areas to recapture lost square footage. 

New Athletic Fields and Concession/Restroom Area
The committee suggests removing a 4x6 chain link fence by the dugouts and continue with brick.  JG will check into the address on the building; it is listed as 811 Research Drive and we would prefer a Harrison Avenue address in line with that of current buildings.  In the storage area instead of a single door the committee would like a double door.  Concessions has a stainless steel roll up door shown, but the committee would prefer a steel painted blue door.
