Facilities and Ground Review Board
March 7, 2005 

Attendees:  Chuck Burdick, Marti Jenkins, Jon Powell, Ellen Chartier, Louise Romanow, John Miller and Don Berger.   

MS Covered Patio Area:

The portico plans were reviewed.  Two questions that the board has are:

• Where is water going to go on the ground? 
• Ask about lighting/electrical outlets

Athletic Fields:
DB will ask the following questions:

• Ask about demarcation lines on new plans
• We need more tennis courts, where would land come from
• Meet and plan building space
• See if we can build an over hanging roof on back of the building, three sides of roof, 12 feet deep.

Campus Improvement:
Put a plan together for short term buffer for baseball field.
