These minutes represent my understanding of the pertinent issues discussed.

1.      The decision was made to provide lighting for the black horse by the tennis courts.  Completed.

2.      The decision was made to add additional parking spaces by the MS hill.  The additional spaces will provide parking for parents waiting for students after school and MS teachers.  In addition, we will prevent the traffic congestion when buses are trying to depart for athletic events. (needs to be approved by Head of School)

3.      We decided to buy (3) round outdoor tables for the new concession building. 

Received and assembled-completed.

4.      We decided to add larger plants in the center of the quad planters.
