Minutes prepared by Jess Garcia.
These minutes represent my understanding of the pertinent issues discussed.

1.      The new retaining wall with the Cary Academy Athletic Fields sign needs landscaping.  The plant selection has not been decided.  Bermuda sod has been planted.

2.      The CA logo on track hillside needs a lot more surrounding plants.  The additional plantings will be done the first week of November and the metal edging will be added along with mulch.

3.      Six black metal trash receptacles have been placed on order and they will replace the brown concrete trash cans throughout the campus.  The brown ones will be moved to the new playing fields.

4.      The new campus area map signage arrived and a tentative location was decided.  If we want to run power for a light the best place would be off the concrete pad by the double track gate.  Power would come from the brown storage shed.

5.      The stadium paint color was discussed with some possibilities; murals, school colors, one solid color.  No decision made.

The next meeting will be on October 17, 2007 at 3:30 in the dinning hall conference room.
