These minutes represent my understanding of the pertinent issues discussed.

1. The US new entry design was reviewed. We just need to decide what landscaping and furniture we need.

2. The “CA” logo on the track hillside has been planted and the surrounding plants will be finished before graduation.

3. The 811 Research Drive address for the concession/restrooms has been changed to 1624 Charger Lane and street signs have been ordered.

4. The request for a new campus map sign to be placed by the playing fields was quoted at $1,350. The location is to be determined by the committee.
