March meeting was cancelled for spring break.

1. The tennis court retaining wall next to the fire lane for bleachers was quoted at $15,000. The funding is not available and has been turned over to Coach Powell to see if the booster club would be willing to take this project.

2. The tennis court brick retaining wall with the “CA athletic complex” sign was quoted for $15,800; $3,800 is just for the sign and the rest is labor and materials.

3. All the exterior building gray signs have been painted and the sign shop will install the updated graphics on the campus directories. The installation of lighting for the campus map signs is in progress.

4. Louis Cherry is working on a design for the US main entrance.

5. The “CA” logo on the track hillside is ready for planting.

6. Update to the new field plantings.
