Additional details provided by Duncan Anderson on Parent

Here is what I reported to the committee based on the
approach of summarizing by major issue in terms of weight of
response versus categorizing by question and answers.
Based on 50 questionnaire filled out.
#1 issue mentioned was the problems observed in the
Parking lot, i.e., flow, safety, pick up at Middle School
and upper school. 55% #2 issue called out was need for 2nd
gym for multiple uses 26% #3 issue , same number of
responses but across broader problem areas was Landscaping,
i.e. more shrubs, shade trees, benches, gardens, potted
flowers etc.26% #4 issue was storage space for kids to put
books and clothes during day at both schools.18% #5 issue
was not enough classrooms available for the middle
school.16% #6 issue was insufficient upper school student
lounge 14% #7 issue was less clear but there seemed to be a
concern over fully utilizing the library more effectively.
14% In terms of departments the issues seemed to break down
as follows.
