Attendance at the March 27, 2000 meeting included: Don Berger, John Miller, Michael Paesler, Eric Grush, Jon Powell, Matt Gardzina, Bill Coulthart, Dave Modlin, Jeff Kinney, Janet Anderson (in Duncan Anderson's absence), Souvik Chatterjee, and Lynsey Harrington.  
The following individuals made presentations at the March 27th meeting on behalf of their department: Tighe Wall (Student Council), Chuck Burdick (Upper School), Bill McKeown (Information Services), Bill Coulthart (Athletic Department).

The following individuals made presentations at the March 28th meeting on behalf of their department: Michael Hayes (Fine/Performing Arts), Marti Jenkins (Middle School), Dave Modlin (Facilities), Don Berger (Administration).

A summary of the department proposals is as follows:

I. UPPER SCHOOL

5. Permanent Seating Area for Coaches/Officials
