• Alumni Party to be held Sunday, June 9 for alumni (and a guest): will welcome the recent graduates to the CA alumni community
• intended to be casual, informal, but upscale event

• Jan Vaughn will contact the Shriner’s Club and book the date if available: catering options to be discussed with them and/or others

• publicize all events as early and as frequently as possible to alums and seniors as appropriate
• question raised re. permanent email address/link for alums to CA: issue has been discussed Bill McKeown, Sam will pursue feasibility and realistic time frame
• email and hard copy mailings to alums from both classes for email and post office addresses: responses have been received. Class agents (’00) are actively gathering information from ‘lost alums.’
