Objective 2:  Track and Improve Faculty Culture and Retention
Implementation:

Hire a consultant to review faculty culture and retention and provide us with an ongoing instrument for tracking and improvement.   Dean of Faculty 10/1/2005 10/31/2005 $6,000 A tri-annual faculty culture survey and suggested actions; an attrition avg.of 8%-10%   
Hire a consultant to review exit interviews  Dean of Faculty 10/1/2005 10/31/2005 $1,200  
Hire a consultant to assess the experience of teachers in their first year at Cary Academy.  Dean of Faculty 10/1/2005 10/31/2005 $1,200 Revised Orientation and Mentoring Process  
Results from consultants be shared with employees and then forwarded to LT team            
Track the cost of studying problem vs. the cost of hiring new faculty
