Full Chapter Meeting 9-25-06

The first full Chapter meeting.  At the end, everybody will sign up for a committee.

• Catherine: Long-term year long service committee, outside of school.
  • Triangle Down Syndrome Network.  The first event is the Buddy Walk.  They have dances and socials throughout the year.
  • Homelessness.  We'd have different projects that would tie into awareness of the homelessness in our area and all around.  Hopefully we can do things that will advocate for the homeless people.  The Box-a-thon is an event that helps people become more aware.  Maybe bringing bag lunches to the park and blankets during the winter.
• Emily: Drives (inside CA) and one-time events like Ronald McDonald house. 
• Kelsey: Inside school for the school.  This Thursday for the Seniors. Also the TA program.
