Ivermectin

	What is Ivermectin? Ivermectin is one of the world's leading anti-parasitic drugs on the market. Originally developed as a veterinary drug, it has also been proven to help with human parasites as well. It is actually a combination of two compounds derived from the same compound, avermectin, originally developed from a strain of bacterium. The bacterium strains were fermented, and shown in testing to cause damage to parasites in small rodents. C48H74O14 (22,23-dihydroavermectin B1a) + C47H72O14 (22,23-dihydroavermectin B1b) Ivermectin kills parasites by stopping muscle function (paralysis) and damaging the nerves. There are many different brands of Ivermectin, including Zimecterin®, Ivomec®, Heartgard®, Iverheart Plus®, and Stomectrol®.
