First of all, people who are allergic to aspirin or other anti-inflammatory drugs should not use Ibuprofen.

Drugs to avoid while taking ibuprofen:
Coumadin (this blood thinner can increase the risk of a bleeding ulcer)
aspirin (may reduce ibuprofen's effectiveness)
Folex, Mexate, Rheumatrex (methotrexate can become more toxic when taken with ibuprofen)
Eskalith, Lithobid (lithium can become more toxic also)
Altace, Lotensin, Vasotec, Corgard, Inderal, Tenormin (blood pressure medicine's effectiveness is reduced)
Bumex, Dyazide, Lasix, Maxzide (diuretics are inhibited)
