CHARGERS WRESTLERS STATE THEIR CASE

Cross-town conference rivals Ravenscroft have finally stepped up to resurrect their wrestling program after a four-year hiatus, and a lopsided season-opening win against Kerr-Vance which left them feeling pretty good and full of confidence just before their dual scheduled with Coach Moore’s more experienced squad. Wrestling is a sport that teaches you’ve got to pay your dues, as the Ravens quickly discovered. Scoring pins in all but one of their matches, the Chargers avenged a lot of the frustration that other CA athletes have suffered against this conference opponent in the past.
