Attendance Policy          To excuse tardiness to practice for academic reasons, please use the Academic Release Form.  You should fill it out for the teacher.
Varsity Letter Policy

By day one of practice (Mon., Oct. 29), please RETURN the:

Physical Form PDF / MS Word (if your name is NOT on the list below), to the school nurse.  You may not engage in athletic practice without a current physical on file.  This is an annual form.

Year-Round Swimmer Registration Forms (pages 1-2 of this packet) to Coach Seeley, if you are a year-round swimmer who will take advantage of the modified attendance requirements outlined in the packet.

Forms due to Coach Seeley go in the folder on the wall outside his classroom door (U113).

If you have swum for Cary Academy previously and therefore understand the Dry-Land Workout, begin training with this now at home.
