CA vs. Magellan Charter 0-9

Playing for the first time in 11 days, the Cary Academy middle school baseball team looked very rusty in falling to Magellan Charter 9-0 in the semi-finals of the conference tournament.  Cary Academy was the #2 seed and had beaten #3 Magellan Charter the two previous times they met this year.

In all fairness, Magellan Charter outplayed CA in every aspect of the game, and deserved to move on.  Despite the setback the CA middle school baseball team reached every one of their preseason goals and should be very proud of their season and their effort.
