Important Dates for 3rd Trimester

April 18 & 19               Upper School Chorus classes to Heritage Music Festival in Myrtle Beach, SC

May 1                             Formal Spring Concert 
                                       7:30 PM - Theatre
May  22                          4:15   Rehearsal for graduation  - in the SEA
                                        Everyone is REQUIRED to attend

May 23                           Commencement 5:00 PM
                                        Rehearsal time Friday - TBA
                                        Cary Academy Singers will perform.

September 23                    Call backs for the musical
                                             This is a Sunday. Make your plans accordingly.

September 27                    High School Honors Chorus Auditions
                                             Methodist College, Fayetteville, NC

October 21-22                  Independent School Choral Festival
                                            St. Mary's in Raleigh  - Details TBA

October 25                        Ensemble to perform at MS Potluck Dinner Concert
                                            Dinner 5:30 - Perform - approximately 6:30 PM

November 1                      US Chorus Concert
                                             7:00 PM - theatre

November 2                     Grandparents Day - Friday - AM

Important Dates for 2nd Trimester

December 20               Perform the National Anthem at the
                                        Homecoming B-Ball Game - all chorus students
                                        If you are not able to attend, please let Mrs. Holcombe
                                        know at least one week before Homecoming.  This is
                                        an "extra-credit" performance.  It will not be counted
                                        against your grade unless you do not attend AND have
                                        not let Mrs. Holcombe know by the specified time.

          

February TBA                Barbershop Harmony contest
                                        Hopefully we will send a male and female quartet to compete

February 4                      Winter Break
