 Destination:                          St. Mary's School & Meymandi Hall                             

 Purpose of Trip:                   To participate in the 2007 Independent School Choral Festival

 Accompanying Faculty:       Mrs. Holcombe & Mrs. Velto  (part-time) & possibly a few parents

Date:                                     Sunday, October 21 & Monday, October 22

Departure Time:                    meet at St. Mary's School 3:00 on Sunday and 8:30 AM on Monday morning  

Time of Return:                     9:45 Sunday evening after rehearsal & approximately 9:30 Monday Evening after the concert                    

Method of Transportation:     personal vehicles and parent vehicles

Cost for Student:                    $35.00 per person for meals                     

I hereby give my permission to my child to participate in the f2007 Independent School Choral Festival - and to travel in the method of transportation indicated above.
