Load Bus:                  7:00 AM US Parking Lot

 

Depart:                       7:30 AM

 

Breakfast:                  Students will be given a Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit breakfast.

                                    Bring your own beverage.  ALL beverages must have a screw top lid.

                                                No Starbucks, etc.  L

 

Arrive:                         Myrtle Beach – approximately 11:00

 

Lunch:                       TBD - Depending on the weather

 

Afternoon Activity:   TBD – depending on weather – hopefully the beach

Performance Prep:              After check-in students will get dressed and ready to head to the competition.

                                               Girls: Performing Arts Dress, black character shoes, black knee hi’s, hair half

                                                            up/half down,

                                               Ensemble Guys: Tux pants, tux shirt, black dress shoes, black dress socks,

                                                            long black tie, white undershirt
                                               CA Singers Guys – decent clothes to listen to performance

 

Depart for Competition:      4:30 – on the bus

9:15 AM                                 Everyone dressed in Performing Arts Outfit and ready to depart – all baggage

                                                packed and left in room - Warm up for competition somewhere in hotel

 

9:45                                        Everyone departs for competition

                                                Upon return – must load bus with baggage

                                                Room check for any left items

                                                Make sure you have packed a small duffle bag with a change of clothes for

                                                the ride home.  Put your Medieval Times/dance clothes in your Performing Arts

                                                hanging bag.  You may wish to keep out some toiletries to freshen up.

                                                Remember we have ONE room for 57 people to “freshen up”.

                                               Please, put the clothes you are going to wear to Medieval Times
                                               in your hanging bag so you can change at the church after our performance
                                               Women dress for Medieval Times – have clothes to wear home on the bus

                                                awards dinner and dance.  Please dress in nice clothes. Guys need to wear a

                                                collared shirt (no T-shirts), girls dress in modest/appropriate clothes.

 

7:00                                        Dinner and show at Medieval Times

Clothes for Medieval Times – to include whatever shoes you plan to wear

 

Pack carefully when you pack the “duffle bag” for later in the day.  Think through Saturday because it is a difficult day.  You will need to be able to get to your clothes for Medieval Times without having to get stuff out from under the bus.  You will also need to have your “ride home” clothes where you can get them.  You will NOT be able to get your suitcase out from under the bus Saturday afternoon.
