Orange & Grapefruit Sale

Trip Fundraiser for Cary Academy Chorus

Chorus students attached is an order form for selling Oranges and Grapefruits.

You will be selling:

 Large, Juicy Navel

·        1 Box is 4/5 of a bushel (56 count) @ $28.00 per box

Large Ruby Red Grapefruit

·        1 Box is 4/5 of a bushel (36 count) @ $28.00 per box

Fruit is shipped by “Whole Box” only.  You may sell ½ boxes as long as your total equals whole boxes. If you order 1/2 boxes, you are responsible for splitting the boxes for delivery to your customers.

·        Individual checks from each customer are to be made payable to

      Cary Academy.

·        Please have separate checks written for Fruit and Cheesecake orders.

·        Order forms and money collected are to be placed in the attached Fruit Fund Raiser envelope labeled with your name, the amount collected, and how many boxes of grapefruit and oranges ordered.

·        Please check all orders to make sure the amount collected matches the orders taken.

      Please write your child's name on the top left corner of each check that you turn in. 

·        Orders are due: November 11.

·        Pick-up date: Dec. 13.

·        It is the responsibility of each student to pick up and promptly distribute the fruit to the customer who purchased them.  Fruit spoils quickly.

·        The original order form will be returned to you when you pick up your order.  Pick-up date is ONLY on Saturday, December 13 - 8:00 - 11:00 am.

·        It will be the responsibility of each student to promptly distribute the fruit to the costumer who purchased them.
