Cheesecake Sale

 Trip Fundraiser for Cary Academy Chorus

Chorus students-- Attached is an order form for selling restaurant quality Cheesecake that in a restaurant would sell for $5.00/slice. Varieties include: Plain, strawberry, cherry, pineapple swirl, amaretto, black forest, triple chocolate, and carrot cake.

You will be selling:

            20 0z. Cakes

          -Would make six servings. They sell for $11.50.
               Choices are Plain, Strawberry, Amaretto, Black Forest

            32 Oz. Cakes

          -Would make ten servings. They sell for $16.00.
               Choices are Plain, Strawberry, Triple Chocolate, Chocolate Swirl, Cherry, Pineapple Swirl, and a Carrot Cake (Cake)

            60 Oz. Cakes

          -Pre-sliced into 16 servings. They sell for $26.00.
              Choices are Plain, Strawberry, Triple Chocolate, Black Forest

All cakes are shrink-wrapped and arrive frozen. As long as they remain airtight, they keep for up to one year in a freezer. They may be refrozen after thawing.

• Students will collect all money at the time of the order.
• Individual checks from each customer should be made payable to Cary Academy.
• Please have separate checks written for Fruit and Cheesecake orders.
• Please make sure the total money you turn in matches the type and number of orders you have taken.
• Put your checks and order forms in the attached Cheesecake Fundraiser envelope labeled with your name and the amount collected.  
• All order forms and money must be turned in by Nov 5th.

• The original order forms will be returned to the student when they pick up their cheesecakes.  Pick-up date is Friday, December 7 - 2:30 - 4:30 pm and Saturday, December 8 - 8:00 - 11:00 am.
• It will be the responsibility of each student to promptly distribute the cheesecakes to the customers who purchased them.
