Method of Transportation:          Personal vehicles driven by students' parents

I hereby give my permission to my child to participate in the field trip to Winston-Salem, NC and to travel in the method of transportation indicated above.  I realize that Cary Academy will not be held responsible when my child rides in parent vehicle. The reason we take personal vehicles is so that the students can rehearse on the ride to Winston-Salem.
