Cary Academy Permission Slip

Note the change of location from Goldsboro to Greensboro. The central district always auditions on Friday.  Also, note that this is MS conference day.  Make sure with your parents you are available to audition that day before committing to audition.

Method of Transportation:          Personal vehicles driven by students' parents

Cost for Student:                        Approximately $6.00 for a meal or a snack

I hereby give my permission to my child to participate in the field trip to Greensboro, NC and to travel in the method of transportation indicated above.  I realize that Cary Academy will not be held responsible when my child rides in parent vehicle. The reason we take personal vehicles is so that the students can rehearse on the ride to Greensboro.
