Chick-fil-A Dinner
for pre-concert meal on May 15, 2008

Dinner Cost  
    $5.00 and includes either grilled or regular sandwich, potato chips,
     cake, and soda  
    $2.00 extra if you want a 2nd sandwich

Please fill out the form and return the form and your money to class no
later than Monday, May 13.   Please bring cash.  Put your child's
cash and order form in an envelope with your child's name on it.  On the
envelope, please indicate whether your child is MS or US.
Students should place their envelops in the specified box located
in the chorus room.
